At just 80mm square, the PC60 is one of our most portable-friendly portable SSDs yet. It fits snugly in the palm of a hand and comfortably slides into a pocket, unnoticed, thanks to its slim 11mm profile. The polished frame accentuates its square shape, while the unique ripple design symbollically conveys memories like ripples, momentary fluctuations in life that are recorded on to this device.

The PC60's shock-resistant design can withstand minor drops and bumps. The convenient keyhole design allows it to easily attach to keychains or bags. These features complement its intent to be an on-the-go back-up storage solution.

With its USB 3.2 Gen 2 interface, the PC60 can transfer data at lightning speeds, up to 10Gbps, while its Type-C port is both convenient and on-trend with the majority of new devices. More Space Than Meets The Eye
Despite its ultra compact size, the PC60 contains massive storage space. 3D NAND Flash technology allows it to store a deceptively large amount of data, up to 2TB. At averages of 4MB per song or 6MB per photo, that's enough space for up to 480,000 songs or 320,000 photos.

Warranty Policy — Items Available to Order
Products labelled Available to Order on computerg.shop are not held in our local stock — they are sourced from our supplier specifically for your order. The warranty terms below apply to all such items unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Coverage Period
- ComputerG warranty: 2 years from date of purchase, in line with Cyprus statutory consumer protection.
- Manufacturer warranty (where applicable): Many enterprise-grade components offer 3+ years directly from the manufacturer. Refer to the product specification or manufacturer website for details.
What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects affecting normal product function.
- Failure of internal hardware components under normal use.
- Defective on arrival — see Return Policy Part B for the 48-hour DOA handling window.
Exclusions
- Damage from accidents, misuse, neglect, improper handling, or unauthorised modifications.
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect product function.
- Damage from incorrect installation or incompatible system configurations.
- Failure caused by power surges, water damage, or environmental factors outside manufacturer specifications.
- Wear parts (batteries, consumer-grade fans): 14-day warranty, replacement at 30% discount thereafter.
- Software, BIOS/firmware updates, and OS compatibility issues.
- Data loss — back up regularly; we are not liable for data loss during repair or replacement.
Claim Process
- Contact us at service@computerg.eu with your order number, fault description, and photos or videos showing the issue.
- Our team may guide you through troubleshooting to confirm the fault is hardware-related.
- If confirmed, we issue an RMA number — please don't ship anything back without it.
- Ship the faulty unit to us at your cost, in original packaging or anti-static equivalent.
- Within 7 business days, we determine the resolution: replacement, repair, or refund.
- We ship the replacement to you at our cost. Typical turnaround: 3–4 weeks.
Beyond the 2-Year Period
For products with manufacturer warranty exceeding 2 years (server CPUs, enterprise SSDs, certain RAM and PSUs, etc.), claims after the ComputerG period are handled directly with the manufacturer. Visit the manufacturer's warranty portal with your serial number and our invoice as proof of purchase. We are happy to provide invoice copies and documentation on request, but we cannot act as your RMA agent beyond the 2-year ComputerG warranty period.

- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- Unauthorised repair attempts void the warranty.
- This warranty does not affect your statutory rights under Cyprus consumer law.

Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at computerg.shop. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help — here's how returns, exchanges and refunds work.
Part A — Standard Returns stocked items
Eligibility — initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and in its original factory-sealed packaging (anti-tamper seals and shrink-wrap intact), with all accessories, manuals and promotional materials included.
Restocking fee — a 25% fee applies to eligible returns (inspection, testing and repackaging). It's waived when:
- ✓The product arrived defective or damaged
- ✓The product was shipped in error by us
- ✓The return is due to a warranty issue
Part B — Items Available to Order not held in local stock
Items labelled Available to Order are sourced from our supplier specifically for your order, after payment clears. Because they're ordered on your behalf, return terms differ:
- ›Returns are limited to defective-on-arrival (DOA) cases — once shipped, "changed my mind" or compatibility miscalculations aren't accepted.
- ›Defects or transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photo evidence.
- ›Other hardware faults within the warranty period — see the Warranty Policy tab.
- ›At checkout you confirm you've read and accepted these terms before ordering.
