1. Eligibility for Returns: You may initiate a return within 5 days from the date of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original unsealed packaging if its brand new. Any accessories, manuals, and promotional materials must also be included.

2. Restocking Fee: a restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price will be applied to all eligible returns. This fee is intended to cover the costs associated with inspecting, testing, and repackaging the product to ensure it meets our quality standards for resale. The restocking fee may be waived in the following situations:

• Product received in a defective or damaged condition.
• Product shipped in error by us.

• The return is due to a warranty issue
  

3. Process for Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and details about the item you wish to return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

4. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe and documented return of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Inspection and Approval: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If the item is approved, we will proceed with the return process.

6. Refunds: Upon approval of the returned item, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. Note that shipping costs are non-refundable and in case if your order was qualified for free shipping, the undeclared shipping cost will be deducted and you will receive a new receipt for the deduction.

7. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different model or specifications, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to availability. You will be responsible for any price difference and shipping fees associated with the exchange.

8. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the item, and we will cover the return shipping costs. Upon receipt and inspection, we will send you a replacement.

9. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as personalized, used products or ones specially ordered for you, may not be eligible for return.

Refurbished Notebook Warranty Policy

Coverage Period:

This warranty policy is valid for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.

Coverage Details:

1. Hardware Components:

   • All essential hardware components of the refurbished notebook, including but not limited to the motherboard, memory (RAM), storage (hard drive or SSD), CPU fan, webcam, display and keyboard, are covered under this warranty.

2. Defective Parts Replacement:

   • If any covered hardware component is found to be defective during the warranty period, it will be replaced with an equivalent or compatible part.

3. Battery & AC Adapter Coverage:

   • Battery and AC Adapter are covered with 14-Day warranty in order to ensure their functionality. During the warranty period, If the battery or AC adapter fails, a replacement will be provided at 30% discounted price from its original value.

4. Labor and Service:

   • All labor and service costs associated with diagnosing and replacing defective components are covered under this warranty. This includes the cost of technicians' time and expertise.

5. Software:

   • The warranty does not cover the functionality of the operating system pre-installed on the refurbished notebook. If any software-related issues arise during the warranty period, reasonable assistance will be provided to resolve them.

6. Exclusions:

   • The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.
   • Cosmetic damage, such as scratches or dents that do not affect the functionality of the notebook, is not covered.
   • Any third-party peripherals or accessories are not covered by this warranty.

Claim Process:

1. Contacting Support:

   • In the event of an issue, the customer should contact our customer support team via the provided channels, describing the problem in detail.

2. Troubleshooting:

   • The customer support team may guide the customer through basic troubleshooting steps to determine the nature of the issue.

3. Return Authorization:

   • If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, and it is determined to be a covered warranty claim, a return authorization will be provided.

4. Return and Repair:

   • The customer is responsible for safely packaging and returning the notebook to the designated service center. Once received, our technicians will promptly diagnose and repair the issue.

5. Replacement Parts:

   • If replacement parts are needed, they will be provided, and the refurbished notebook will be returned to the customer as soon as possible.

Terms and Conditions:

1. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the refurbished notebook.
2. Any unauthorized attempts to repair or modify the notebook will void the warranty.
3. The warranty does not cover data loss. It is the customer's responsibility to back up their data regularly.
4. The warranty is valid only for defects in materials and workmanship and does not cover issues arising from normal wear and tear.

Computers Grading System:

• Brand New Sealed: Device has never been used and comes in original sealed factory salespack and covered with manufacturer warranty
• New Open Box: Device is new and could have been used as a demo unit, comes with original open-box
• Grade A+: Device is in like-new condition boxed in 3rd Party Box
• Grade A: Device is in a very good condition with minimal wear and tear boxed in 3rd Party Box
• Grade A-: Device is in mint condition with minor visible wear and tear
• Grade B: Device is in a good working condition with medium visible wear and tear
• Grade C: Device is in a good working condition but can have a visible dent, crack or missing part

VAT Treatment for Laptops, Tablets and Smartphones (Cyprus)

In accordance with Article 11E of the Cyprus VAT Law, the sale of specific electronic devices—including laptops, tablets, smartphones, game consoles, and integrated circuit devices—to VAT-registered businesses in Cyprus is subject to the reverse charge mechanism.

What This Means:

If you are a VAT-registered business in Cyprus purchasing any of these eligible electronic devices for business use, we do not charge VAT on your invoice.

Instead, you are required to self-account for VAT under the reverse charge procedure, as per Article 11E of the VAT Law. This means:

• You report the VAT on both the output and input side of your VAT return.

• If eligible, you may reclaim the VAT as input tax, resulting in no net VAT cost.

Conditions:

• The purchaser must be VAT-registered in Cyprus.

• The goods must be purchased for business purposes.

• A valid VAT number must be provided at checkout.

• The invoice will clearly state that VAT is not charged under Article 11E (Reverse Charge Mechanism).

Important Notes:

• This applies only to domestic transactions within Cyprus. For intra-EU or international sales, different VAT rules apply.

• If you are not VAT-registered, standard Cyprus VAT will be applied at checkout.
