Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at computerg.shop. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help — here's how returns, exchanges and refunds work.

Two return tiers apply — based on whether the item is held in our local stock or sourced from our supplier for your order. Items marked Available to Order are clearly labelled on the product page and at checkout.

Part A — Standard Returns stocked items

Eligibility — initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and in its original factory-sealed packaging (anti-tamper seals and shrink-wrap intact), with all accessories, manuals and promotional materials included.

Restocking fee — a 25% fee applies to eligible returns (inspection, testing and repackaging). It's waived when:

  • The product arrived defective or damaged
  • The product was shipped in error by us
  • The return is due to a warranty issue

Part B — Items Available to Order not held in local stock

Items labelled Available to Order are sourced from our supplier specifically for your order, after payment clears. Because they're ordered on your behalf, return terms differ:

  • Returns are limited to defective-on-arrival (DOA) cases — once shipped, "changed my mind" or compatibility miscalculations aren't accepted.
  • Defects or transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photo evidence.
  • Other hardware faults within the warranty period — see the Warranty Policy tab.
  • At checkout you confirm you've read and accepted these terms before ordering.

Part C — Common Terms

Initiating a return — contact support with your order number and item details. We'll send instructions and a return authorisation number. Please don't ship anything back before receiving authorisation.

Return shipping — you're responsible for the cost of returning the item. Use a trackable method; shipping costs are non-refundable.

Inspection & approval — once received, our team inspects the item against our eligibility criteria. If approved, we proceed with the refund.

Refunds — issued to your original payment method; allow up to 5 business days. Shipping is non-refundable; if your order had free shipping, the original shipping cost is deducted from the refund (a new receipt is issued for the deduction).

Exchanges — Standard Returns items may be exchanged for a different model or specification, subject to availability. You cover any price difference and shipping. Not available for Items Available to Order.

Damaged or defective items — contact us within 48 hours with photos and a description. We'll provide return instructions and cover return shipping, then send a replacement or full refund after inspection.

Non-returnable items — personalised goods, products with broken anti-tamper seals, used products, and Items Available to Order (except as noted in Part B).

Refurbished PC Warranty Policy

Coverage Period:

This warranty policy is valid for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.

Coverage Details:

  1. Hardware Components:

    • All essential hardware components of the refurbished PC, including but not limited to the processor, memory (RAM), storage (hard drive or SSD), motherboard, graphics card, and power supply, are covered under this warranty.
  2. Defective Parts Replacement:

    • If any covered hardware component is found to be defective during the warranty period, it will be replaced with an equivalent or compatible part.
  3. Labor and Service:

    • All labor and service costs associated with diagnosing and replacing defective components are covered under this warranty. This includes the cost of technicians' time and expertise.
  4. Software:

    • The warranty covers the functionality of the operating system pre-installed on the refurbished PC. If any software-related issues arise during the warranty period, reasonable assistance will be provided to resolve them.
  5. Exclusions:

    • The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.
    • Cosmetic damage, such as scratches or dents that do not affect the functionality of the PC, is not covered.
    • Any third-party peripherals or accessories are not covered by this warranty.

Claim Process:

  1. Contacting Support:

    • In the event of an issue, the customer should contact our customer support team via the provided channels, describing the problem in detail.
  2. Troubleshooting:

    • The customer support team may guide the customer through basic troubleshooting steps to determine the nature of the issue.
  3. Return Authorization:

    • If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, and it is determined to be a covered warranty claim, a return authorization will be provided.
  4. Return and Repair:

    • The customer is responsible for safely packaging and returning the PC to the designated service center. Once received, our technicians will promptly diagnose and repair the issue.
  5. Replacement Parts:

    • If replacement parts are needed, they will be provided, and the refurbished PC will be returned to the customer as soon as possible.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the refurbished PC.
  2. Any unauthorized attempts to repair or modify the PC will void the warranty.
  3. The warranty does not cover data loss. It is the customer's responsibility to back up their data regularly.
  4. The warranty is valid only for defects in materials and workmanship and does not cover issues arising from normal wear and tear.

  • Grade A: Device is in a very good condition with minimal wear and tear boxed in 3rd Party Box
  • Grade A-: Device is in mint condition with minor visible wear and tear
  • Grade B: Device is in a good working condition with medium visible wear and tear
  • Grade C: Device is in a good working condition but can have a visible dent, crack or missing part
