Part A — Standard Returns stocked items
Eligibility — initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and in its original factory-sealed packaging (anti-tamper seals and shrink-wrap intact), with all accessories, manuals and promotional materials included.
Restocking fee — a 25% fee applies to eligible returns (inspection, testing and repackaging). It's waived when:
- ✓The product arrived defective or damaged
- ✓The product was shipped in error by us
- ✓The return is due to a warranty issue
Part B — Items Available to Order not held in local stock
Items labelled Available to Order are sourced from our supplier specifically for your order, after payment clears. Because they're ordered on your behalf, return terms differ:
- ›Returns are limited to defective-on-arrival (DOA) cases — once shipped, "changed my mind" or compatibility miscalculations aren't accepted.
- ›Defects or transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photo evidence.
- ›Other hardware faults within the warranty period — see the Warranty Policy tab.
- ›At checkout you confirm you've read and accepted these terms before ordering.
Part C — Common Terms
Refurbished PC Warranty Policy
Coverage Period:
This warranty policy is valid for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.
Coverage Details:
Hardware Components:
- All essential hardware components of the refurbished PC, including but not limited to the processor, memory (RAM), storage (hard drive or SSD), motherboard, graphics card, and power supply, are covered under this warranty.
Defective Parts Replacement:
- If any covered hardware component is found to be defective during the warranty period, it will be replaced with an equivalent or compatible part.
Labor and Service:
- All labor and service costs associated with diagnosing and replacing defective components are covered under this warranty. This includes the cost of technicians' time and expertise.
Software:
- The warranty covers the functionality of the operating system pre-installed on the refurbished PC. If any software-related issues arise during the warranty period, reasonable assistance will be provided to resolve them.
Exclusions:
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.
- Cosmetic damage, such as scratches or dents that do not affect the functionality of the PC, is not covered.
- Any third-party peripherals or accessories are not covered by this warranty.
Claim Process:
Contacting Support:
- In the event of an issue, the customer should contact our customer support team via the provided channels, describing the problem in detail.
Troubleshooting:
- The customer support team may guide the customer through basic troubleshooting steps to determine the nature of the issue.
Return Authorization:
- If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, and it is determined to be a covered warranty claim, a return authorization will be provided.
Return and Repair:
- The customer is responsible for safely packaging and returning the PC to the designated service center. Once received, our technicians will promptly diagnose and repair the issue.
Replacement Parts:
- If replacement parts are needed, they will be provided, and the refurbished PC will be returned to the customer as soon as possible.
Terms and Conditions:
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the refurbished PC.
- Any unauthorized attempts to repair or modify the PC will void the warranty.
- The warranty does not cover data loss. It is the customer's responsibility to back up their data regularly.
- The warranty is valid only for defects in materials and workmanship and does not cover issues arising from normal wear and tear.
