    Installation Options:

    1. Self-Installation (No Warranty Coverage): Due to the delicate nature of Apple MacBook Palmrests and the potential risks associated with improper handling and installation, we regret to inform you that If the customer chooses to install the Palmrest on their own, there will be no warranty coverage. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure proper installation.

    2. Professional Installation (1-Year Warranty Coverage): For an additional charge of 50 euros, our certified technicians will install the Palmrest for the customer. This option includes a 1-year warranty coverage, providing peace of mind and assurance.

    Warranty Terms:

    • The warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
    • The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
    • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs is not covered.
    • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

    Claim Process:

    1. For customers who opted for professional installation:

      • Retain the original purchase receipt with the installation service charge clearly indicated.
      • In case of an issue, contact our customer service within the warranty period.
      • Our technicians will assess and, if necessary, provide repair or replacement services.
    2. For customers who chose self-installation:

      • No warranty claims will be accepted for self-installation.

    Restocking fee — a 25% fee applies to eligible returns (inspection, testing and repackaging). It's waived when:

    Part B — Items Available to Order not held in local stock

    Items labelled Available to Order are sourced from our supplier specifically for your order, after payment clears. Because they're ordered on your behalf, return terms differ:

    • Returns are limited to defective-on-arrival (DOA) cases — once shipped, "changed my mind" or compatibility miscalculations aren't accepted.
    • Defects or transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photo evidence.

    Apple MacBook Warranty Policy

    Coverage Period:

    This warranty policy is valid for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.

    Coverage Details:

    1. Hardware Components:

      • All essential hardware components, including but not limited to the motherboard, CPU fan, webcam, display, touchbar, touchpad & keyboard, are covered under this warranty.
    2. Defective Parts Replacement:

      • If any covered hardware component is found to be defective during the warranty period, it will be replaced with an equivalent or compatible part.
    3. Battery & AC Adapter Coverage:

      • Battery and AC Adapter are covered with 14-Day warranty in order to ensure their functionality. During the warranty period, If the battery or AC adapter fails, a replacement will be provided at 30% discounted price from its original value.
    4. Labor and Service:

      • All labor and service costs associated with diagnosing and replacing defective components are covered under this warranty. This includes the cost of technicians' time and expertise.
    5. Software:

      • The warranty does not cover the functionality of the operating system pre-installed. If any software-related issues arise during the warranty period, reasonable assistance will be provided to resolve them.
    6. Exclusions:

      • The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.
      • Cosmetic damage, such as scratches or dents that do not affect the functionality of the notebook, is not covered.
      • Any third-party peripherals or accessories are not covered by this warranty.

    Claim Process:

    1. Contacting Support:

      • In the event of an issue, the customer should contact our customer support team via the provided channels, describing the problem in detail.
    2. Troubleshooting:

      • The customer support team may guide the customer through basic troubleshooting steps to determine the nature of the issue.
    3. Return Authorization:

      • If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, and it is determined to be a covered warranty claim, a return authorization will be provided.
    4. Return and Repair:

      • The customer is responsible for safely packaging and returning the notebook to the designated service center. Once received, our technicians will promptly diagnose and repair the issue.
    5. Replacement Parts:

      • If replacement parts are needed, they will be provided, and the refurbished notebook will be returned to the customer as soon as possible.

    Terms and Conditions:

    1. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the refurbished notebook.
