1. Returns & Exchanges

Due to safety and handling regulations, laptop batteries are not eligible for returns or refunds after purchase.

However, exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the battery is:

• Defective

• Not functioning properly

• Incompatible with the intended laptop model

• Incorrect item supplied by ComputerG

All returned batteries are tested and inspected by our technical team before approval.

2. PowerPlus Standard Warranty (Included)

All batteries include a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Covered Issues

• Battery not detected

• Battery not charging

• Internal hardware failure

Important

Laptop batteries are consumable components, and normal wear is expected.

Not Covered

• Capacity reduction over time

• Normal battery degradation

Loyalty Replacement Benefit

If your battery fails after the first 12 months, you receive:

Conditions

• Valid for 1 replacement per purchase

• Must be purchased from ComputerG

• Applies to the same or compatible model

• Replacement includes new 12-month warranty

• Valid within 24 months of original purchase

4. Compatibility Guarantee (PowerPlus Premium)

If a battery is confirmed incompatible within 7 days, we will:

➡ Offer an exchange for the correct model (after inspection)

5. Warranty Exclusions

Warranty applies only to confirmed manufacturing defects.

It does not cover issues caused by:

• Normal wear or reduced capacity

• Overheating or poor ventilation

• Incompatible chargers/adapters

• Physical or liquid damage

• Motherboard charging faults

• BIOS or firmware limitations

• Incorrect installation or modification

• Third-party repair damage

All claims are subject to technical inspection.

6. Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

1. Contact support with your order number

2. Provide issue details/photos

3. Receive RMA (Return Authorization)

4. Ship the battery as instructed

Replacement is shipped after inspection approval.

Battery issues are not always caused by the battery itself. Common causes include:

• Laptop motherboard faults

• BIOS/firmware restrictions

• Incorrect model selection

• Power management issues

Technical verification may be required before approval.

8. Advanced Troubleshooting Service (€30)

Available for customers needing full diagnosis.

• Original battery (if available)

Fee: €30 (non-refundable)

9. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for:

• Sending items to our service center

• Return shipping costs
