Installation Options:

1. Self-Installation (No Warranty Coverage): Due to the delicate nature of Apple MacBook Screen Assemblies and the potential risks associated with improper handling and installation, we regret to inform you that If the customer chooses to install the screen assembly on their own, there will be no warranty coverage. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure proper installation.

2. Professional Installation (1-Year Warranty Coverage): For an additional charge of 50 euros, our certified technicians will install the screen assembly for the customer. This option includes a 1-year warranty coverage, providing peace of mind and assurance.

Warranty Terms:

• The warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
• The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
• Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs is not covered.
• The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Claim Process:

1. For customers who opted for professional installation:

   • Retain the original purchase receipt with the installation service charge clearly indicated.
   • In case of an issue, contact our customer service within the warranty period.
   • Our technicians will assess and, if necessary, provide repair or replacement services.

2. For customers who chose self-installation:

   • No warranty claims will be accepted for self-installation.
   • Customers are encouraged to follow the installation guidelines carefully to ensure proper installation.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
• Any modifications made to the screen assembly after installation.
• Normal wear and tear.
